Product Filters

The Product Filters tool uses AI to automatically assign the correct filters to your products. Based on the existing product information and the filters already present in your online store, the AI determines which filters best fit a product.

Please note: This tool only assigns existing filters and does not create new filters itself.

How does assigning filters work?​

Open the tool via Products and click 'Filters' next to the desired product.

A screen will now open showing Possible filters: an overview of all filters currently available in your online store. Below that, you configure the Assignment behavior:

  • Add selected assignments: The filters suggested by AI are added to the product's already existing filters.
  • Replace assignments within selection: The filters suggested by AI replace the existing assignments within the shown selection.

You can also provide Custom rules (optional) to give the AI further instructions.

Next, click 'Generate assignments'. The AI tool analyzes the product and suggests the most suitable filters. Review the proposal and confirm to assign the filters to the product.

Assigning filters in bulk​

Do you want to assign filters for a large number of products at once? Use the bulk function for this.

Please note: Bulk functionality depends on your subscription type. You need at least a Growth plan.

Use the search function on the products page to select the desired products and start the bulk task. Just like with the other AI tools, a test is first run on 1 product, so you can check the settings before the full batch is processed.
