Product Image

With the Product Image optimization tool, you effortlessly generate optimized product images based on your current, existing photos. After your manual approval, these are immediately added to your products as new, improved images.

Please note: Image generation is only available from Growth onwards.

How does product image optimization work?​

Open the tool via your dashboard under Image Optimization > Product Image (or use Ctrl/Cmd + K and search for "Product Image"). You will now see a complete overview of all products in your store.

Optimizing an image in steps​

  1. Find your product: Browse through the list using the pagination at the bottom of the page or use the search bar at the top.
  2. Synchronize data: Have you just added new products to your online store and they aren't in the list yet? Click 'Refresh products' at the top to load the latest data.
  3. Start the optimization: In the 'Action' column, click the text 'Optimize images' next to the product you want to handle.
  4. Enter your own prompt. Enter what you want to change in your image. For example:
    "Turn this into a product image with a white background." or: "Place the object in a suitable background to show how the customer can use the product." or: "Change the color of this product from blue to red."
  5. Generate and Approve: The AI tool analyzes your existing product image and generates an optimized variant.
  6. Add to shop: Review the new image. Once you are satisfied and approve the image, it will automatically be added to your product as a new image in the online store. The tool never makes changes without your explicit approval.
